Amazing work on the former Fenwick department store is near completion!

Aimrok holdings bought the 19th-century building in Market Street after it shut its doors around spring in 2017.

Nearly £17 million has been spent transforming it into a hotel – including a restaurant, gym, and shop units.

The Grade II listed building will be known as The Gresham Hotel and the owners have said they expect it to open in the autumn.
