Bodmin Jail Hotel

This £50 million, six-year makeover was a mammoth undertaking by London-based firm Twelve Architects, as the property had fallen into ruin after the jail closed in the 1920s.

Nestled on the edge of Bodmin Moor, you’ll discover a place full of intrigue, wonder and mystery – the amazing Bodmin Jail hotel.

The installation of the stair nosings was undertaken by First for Floors SW Ltd – Established in 2013 First For Floors has learned that to be a quality flooring and cladding contractor you need to understand more than just fitting a product.

On the main staircase Genesis NHD05 with NNL01 carpet connectors were installed – including some stunning Ice Grey inserts.

Black staircases have also been installed (NSL15’S) with Ice Grey inserts too.

Stair nosing was essential to provide adequate health and safety for the guests staying within the hotel.
