Pier Head Apartments

Swanage Pier is a Victorian pier that extends into the southern end of Swanage Bay near the town of Swanage, in the southeast of Dorset. It was built in 1895 for passenger ship services

It is situated on the eastern coast of the Isle of Purbeck

This case study focuses on Pier Head Apartments – The development overlooks Swanage promenade and Beach.

Nosing used on this project was the Genesis NSL02 with Dolphin Grey Inserts.

The nosing was installed to prevent trips and falls when people are using the staircases to enter their apartments – an absolute must for health and safety.

In charge of installation – Magic Carpets who are based in Salisbury are a long-established independent flooring business. With over 30 years of experience! All flooring is laid to the very highest standards of the team who are incredibly experienced fitters.
