City Mall in Mombasa

City mall Mombasa has recently undergone a huge renovation. What it lacks in size it makes up for in choice. It caters to almost all the needs of daily life and fashion, as well as having several good restaurants and fast-food outlets.

Tasked with supplying the materials on this project fell to Ideal Ceramics – With over 30 years of experience as a leader in tiles, sanitary wares, and kitchens, Ideal Ceramics has a proven track record for product quality.

Trak Mat was installed both inside and outside the main entrance reducing traffic noise and preventing slips and falls.

To protect the columns in and around the shopping center Ideal Ceramics supplied Genesis EPS stainless steel corner protector smartening up the edges and protecting against any potential damage, the EPS profile suited it perfectly!

With the entrance and supporting columns sorted, the movement within the substrate had to be taken into consideration.

Providing long-lasting protection was an absolute necessity, so a heavy-duty movement joint was installed running through the floor and within the tiled column.
